ACE-031
ACE-031 (also known as Ramatercept, CAS: 1621169-52-5, Myostatin Inhibitory Peptide 7) is a recombinant ActRIIB-Fc fusion protein and potent myostatin/activin ligand trap developed by Acceleron Pharma (now a subsidiary of Merck). It was designed to treat muscle-wasting disorders but was discontinued due to safety issues.
